GC Civil Arcus Delivery

It has been an exciting week at Elevado, with GC Civil taking delivery of their first Elevado machine directly to site.

GC Civil will be using the Elevado Arcus to assist with the installation and painting of noise wall panels along highway projects. These jobs often involve uneven ground, changing site conditions and limited access beside roadways, making the right access equipment an important part of the job.

For GC Civil, the Arcus was a clear choice.

After experiencing the limits of traditional boom lifts on rough terrain, the team needed a machine that could better handle the conditions they regularly work in. Standard boom lifts can struggle once the ground becomes uneven, sloped or unprepared. In many cases, this can slow the job down, limit where operators can work, or require extra site preparation before the work can begin.

The Elevado Arcus is designed specifically for rough outdoor terrain. With its all-terrain capability and self-levelling chassis, the machine can keep working across ground conditions where conventional boom lifts may not be practical.

Early feedback from the GC Civil team has been very positive. After putting the machine to work on site, the operators were impressed by how capable the Arcus is and how confidently it handled the terrain.

A massive thank you to the GC Civil team for their support. We appreciate the opportunity to supply their first Elevado machine and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

For contractors working on civil projects, noise walls, roadside access, retaining walls or other rough terrain sites, the Elevado Arcus is built to help keep crews working where standard access machines struggle.

Tracks VS Wheels on EWP’s

Elevado’s main focus is elevated access on rough outdoor ground. For this reason, we primarily build wheeled machines.

Tracked machines can work well on smooth slopes or soft ground, but rough outdoor terrain is rarely smooth. On worksites, farms and orchards, the ground often includes ruts, holes, gutters, mounds, washouts and sharp changes in level.
